Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Growth Specialist to drive audience acquisition and engagement across platforms. You will develop growth strategies, create and optimize content, run paid and organic campaigns, analyze metrics, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to increase followers, reach, and conversions. Ideal candidate has 2+ years experience in social media growth, strong copywriting, a data-driven mindset, familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and experience with analytics tools. Must be creative, organized, and able to test and scale tactics quickly. Remote or hybrid role with competitive salary and benefits.
