Job Description
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimize email campaigns that grow engagement and drive conversions. You will develop segmented email strategies, write compelling copy, design templates, and analyze performance using A/B testing and analytics tools.
Requirements: 2+ years email marketing experience, proficiency with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), strong copywriting, HTML/CSS basics, and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and project management skills required.
