Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accounting Associate to support daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of accounting experience, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or ERP), strong Excel skills, and a basic understanding of GAAP. Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing journal entries, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.
