Job Description
Position Overview:
The MSE Officer is responsible for managing loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This role includes fieldwork, client engagement, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential MSE clients.
- Evaluate loan applications.
- Prepare credit proposals.
- Maintain loan portfolio health.
- Monitor and support client businesses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years in microfinance preferred; strong business and financial understanding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00 per month
