Job Requirements:
- Experience: 8–10 years in high-rise building projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in preparing IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates), Rate Analysis, Variation Orders, and handling Price Escalation.
- Capable of calculating quantities related to Electrical and HVAC works.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and estimation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities with project teams.
