Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee our microfinance operations. The ideal candidate will manage loan delivery within the community, ensuring alignment with our strategic plans for maximum outreach. Responsibilities include overseeing loan disbursement, portfolio analysis, client screening, and payment collections.
The Branch Manager will also handle administrative support, coordinate field operations, and ensure compliance with Agahe Pakistan’s credit policy. Additionally, the role requires developing linkages with line departments and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills are essential.
This is a full-time in-person position.
