Job Description
Agency XI PVT. LTD is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. Your role will be to generate high-quality leads by engaging with potential customers regarding our services. We seek persuasive communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, communicate effectively, identify leads, maintain records, and collaborate with the team.
Requirements: Good English-speaking skills, previous call center experience preferred, strong communication skills, and goal-oriented.
