Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for technical and corporate roles. You will source, screen, and close candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and manage applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years recruiting experience, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, and a data-driven mindset. Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategies, improving time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics, conducting market mapping, and mentoring junior recruiters.
