Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join our on-site BPO team handling MVA campaigns. Responsibilities include verifying MVA leads, confirming consent and eligibility, following scripts and compliance protocols, flagging invalid leads, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with QA to meet verification targets. Candidates should have 6 to 12 months of BPO verification experience, hands-on MVA campaign exposure, strong spoken English, a solid understanding of compliance and call quality, punctuality, and the ability to meet targets.
