Job Description
We’re Hiring: Shipping Sales Officer
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Salary: Market-competitive
Industry: Import / Export Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new clients including importers, exporters, and manufacturers, with focus on ocean freight (FCL/LCL)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to pitch relevant services
- Maintain relationships with logistics partners and ensure compliance with company policies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term business
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of shipping orders
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Education
Graduate
Experience
- 2–4 years in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
