Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. You will develop HR policies, coordinate payroll and benefits administration, support training and development, and maintain accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with local labor laws and HRIS systems.
