Job Description
Join AIT Services as a Customer Support Executive, where you will assist our offices with data entry, document processing, and management. Your role includes handling client inquiries through email, chat, and phone, ensuring exceptional customer service.
You will collaborate with our agents to prepare quotes and proposals, manage appointments and calendars, and accurately prepare insurance claims. Additionally, you will maintain client records, conduct product research, and assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, proficiency in insurance software and MS Office, and strong organizational abilities.
