Job Description
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. You will manage customer accounts using CRM, track success metrics like CSAT and NPS, coordinate with Sales and Product teams, and proactively identify upsell opportunities. Ideal candidates have one to two years in customer service or client-facing roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
