Job Description
AK Graphic is hiring energetic, motivated Call Center Agents (Night Shift) to join our growing team in Gulberg II, Lahore. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service information, update customer records, and meet daily/weekly KPIs while delivering professional, friendly support. Candidates should have 2–3 months’ experience (confident freshers welcome), strong English communication, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary (Rs35,00–80,00/month based on performance), monthly incentives, performance-based promotions, career growth, and a supportive workplace. Full-time, in-person position.
