Civil Engineer (Town Planning Experience)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Site: Attock

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with Town Planning experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating infrastructure and urban development projects while ensuring compliance with applicable planning regulations and development bylaws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review civil engineering designs related to roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, and site development
- Assist in town planning activities, including land-use planning, zoning, and layout plans
- Coordinate with relevant development authorities and ensure regulatory compliance, as required
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project execution
- Prepare feasibility studies, technical reports, and cost estimates
- Liaise with architects, surveyors, and relevant government departments
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Preferable to have PEC registration
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in town planning
- Proven experience in town planning / urban planning–related projects
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani development authority regulations and approval processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on housing schemes or urban development projects
- Familiarity with master planning and infrastructure planning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Salary & Benefits:
- Market-based salary, commensurate with experience

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
