Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to manage and monitor daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and quality standards are met during their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee LABSA production equipment operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections and equipment checks.
- Collaborate for efficient shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in chemical plant operations (LABSA experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
