Job Description
Evening Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8 (In Person)
AL GHANI Medical and Surgical is looking for a Team Lead/Supervisor to oversee our Cold Calling Agents for a USA-based appointment-setting campaign in the medical and aesthetic services sector. Candidates should have 2-3+ years of BPO/call center experience with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5-10 agents, monitor KPIs, conduct QA reviews, and train.
Requirements: Strong English skills, CRM familiarity, and willingness to work night shifts.
