Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads, contact prospects, and close sales by phone and email. You will follow scripts, manage CRM entries, meet weekly targets, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years of B2B/B2C outbound sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, persistence, and basic CRM proficiency. High energy, goal orientation, and ability to handle rejection are essential.
