Job Description
Job Summary: Al-Mustafa Medical Center is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to assist staff and systems daily. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, along with providing ERP system user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-level technical support for computers, printers, and networks.
- Install and maintain hardware and software.
- Assist with ERP system usage.
- Collaborate with vendors for complex issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Basic ERP system knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
