Job Description
Al Wafiq Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, assisting the HR Manager throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding new hires and candidate sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Requirements: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with sourcing techniques, solid verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
Note: Successful interns may be considered for permanent HR positions based on performance.
