Job Description
Alam Group of Companies is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. This role involves managing human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll and employee records.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Conduct training and support development.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication, and MS Office proficiency.
