Alestra Solutions seeks a Customer Success Representative to convert customers into passionate advocates. Onsite in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad with rotational shifts; salary negotiable (Rs80,00–Rs150,00/month). You will communicate by phone, email, and chat; answer product, pricing, and availability questions; coordinate with internal teams; and perform data entry. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent chat etiquette, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
