Job Description
AlgoRepublic Private Limited is seeking a Sales Executive (B2B Sales) with proven experience in recruitment or staffing firms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling recruitment services to corporate clients and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Identify new B2B clients, promote recruitment services, and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders.
Requirements: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
