Job Description
Ali Builders & Developers is seeking a dedicated Call Support Specialist (Female) to join our dynamic client relations team. We invite applicants with 2–3 years of experience in call centers or customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for payment recovery and service follow-ups.
- Update client information in CRM and Excel.
- Resolve client queries and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain call logs and prepare reports.
Pay: Rs30,00.00/month
