Job Description
Ali Embroidery Mills PVT Limited seeks an HR Operations Specialist to maintain employee records and HRIS, manage attendance and leaves, support monthly payroll, administer HR letters and benefits (EOBI, insurance), ensure compliance, prepare operational reports (attendance, headcount, turnover), and verify attendance data for payroll. Candidates must hold a degree or BBA in HRM, have 0–2 years of HR operations experience, strong communication and MS Excel skills, and keen attention to detail. Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
