Job Description
Ali Machinery is seeking a responsible and organized Admin Officer to join our team in the Nazimabad S.I.T.E Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and oversee inventory management.
Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining inventory records, preparing documentation, supervising administrative staff, handling correspondence, and coordinating with vendors.
Requirements include a minimum Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Work type is full-time with a salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
