Job Description
Join Alibaba as First Mile & Sort Lead (Department: Daraz). Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and a minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations required. You will manage day-to-day First Mile and Sort Centers, lead and train warehouse teams, optimize workflows, enforce safety and compliance, manage inventory, collaborate with transportation and cross-functional partners, analyze operational data to remove bottlenecks, and resolve customer issues. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, WMS and inventory control knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and effective problem-solving skills.
