Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Key Account Manager for Marketplace (Department: Daraz). Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience required. The role involves client and supplier-facing negotiation, understanding courier operations, stakeholder management, and end-to-end account ownership. You will apply data analytics to monitor and improve performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly presentation decks, and deliver proposals. Responsibilities include serving as the single point of contact for accounts, resolving queries, coordinating backend operations (pickups, deliveries, re-attempts), arranging client visits and MOU events, and managing overall business performance. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential.
