Job Description
Join Alibaba as Category Manager, Mobiles in the Daraz department. Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years in category management, business development, or commercial strategy (electronics/e‑commerce preferred). You will own the mobiles category P&L, manage assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and seller onboarding; negotiate with vendors; execute campaigns (11.11, 12.12, 9.9); and enable sellers on platform tools. Use data‑driven strategies to monitor sales, traffic, and conversion, partner with Marketing and Operations, and mentor junior team members. Strong analytical, negotiation, vendor‑management, and leadership skills, plus an entrepreneurial mindset for a fast‑paced environment, are essential.
