Job Description
Dairy Herd Health Supervisor responsible for leading herd health programs to ensure productive, disease-free dairy herds. Oversee vaccinations, treatments, biosecurity, and medication records; coordinate with veterinarians; train and supervise farm personnel; monitor milk quality, reproductive performance, and calf care; analyze herd data to improve productivity and welfare; implement preventive protocols and emergency response plans. Qualifications: degree in animal science, dairy management, or veterinary technology preferred; 3+ years dairy experience; strong leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills; proficiency with herd management software; ability to work flexible hours and handle field conditions. Commitment to animal welfare and food safety required.
