Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Regional Manager is appointed by the Regional Board of Management (RBM) to oversee and manage the operational affairs of a designated region. Operating under the guidance and policies of both Central and Regional Offices, the Regional Manager will serve as the principal representative and operational head at the regional level, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational strategies and compliance with established policies. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Regional President, AKFPN and will be instrumental in facilitating the organization’s objectives within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representation and Participation:
Actively participate in Regional Managing Committee (RMC), RBM meetings, and other relevant forums to represent the interests and activities of the organization.
- Professional Advisory:
Serve as a professional advisor to the Regional Board of Management on all aspects related to the organization’s operations and strategic initiatives.
- Support to Leadership:
Assist the Regional President AKFPN and the Regional Secretary General AKFPN in their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Policy Execution:
Implement and execute policies and programs developed by the Regional Offices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations by developing and optimizing systems and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement an operational plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization, incorporating key objectives and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction:
Ensure organizational operations meet or exceed the expectations of donors, the Board, and beneficiaries.
- Legal and Membership Compliance:
Manage and ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational memberships.
- Program Oversight:
Direct, monitor, and control regional, district, and project programs to ensure alignment with AKFPN’s goals and standards.
- Work Environment:
Foster a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Budget Management:
Prepare, approve, and monitor regional budgets, manage cash flows, and analyse financial reports to support planning and decision-making.
- Resource Mobilization:
Oversee and manage resource mobilization functions to support the organization’s initiatives and financial sustainability.
- Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage risks related to personnel, property, finances, goodwill, and organizational image, implementing measures to mitigate these risks.
- Additional Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Regional President, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational success of the region and the effective execution of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
