Job Description

Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 2 experienced Closers with strong expertise in Forex trading sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing sales teams, closing high-value deals, and driving consistent client deposits and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of sales executives
• Convert warm leads into active Forex traders
• Handle objections and close high-ticket deals
• Build strong client relationships for long-term retention
• Upsell and cross-sell trading services and premium packages
• Work closely with lead generators and junior sales reps to maximize conversions
• Meet and exceed KPIs (minimum 12 client closures per month)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Forex sales as a Closer.
• Strong knowledge of Forex trading, platforms, and financial markets
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills, especially with high-net-worth investors
• English required; Arabic is an advantage

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: PKR 150,00 – 200,00
• Uncapped commissions
• High-performance incentives
