Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is hiring experienced Chat Support Agents in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Full-time, in-person roles across Morning (8am–4pm), Evening (4pm–12am), and Night (12am–8am) shifts. Responsibilities: respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, identify needs and guide use of features, and monitor complaints on social media while coordinating with relevant departments. Qualifications: prior chat support experience preferred; typing speed 30–40 wpm. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
