Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and assist with troubleshooting, billing, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for Spectrum services.
- Assist with billing inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
