Job Description
Alpha Xerotech seeks a Customer Service Representative (female preferred) to handle inbound/outbound calls for printers, copiers, and office equipment. You will communicate confidently with corporate and industrial clients, manage service inquiries, pitch printing and rental solutions, maintain call records, follow up leads, and coordinate with sales and technical teams. Requirements: intermediate or bachelor’s degree, excellent verbal English and Urdu, prior call center or printing/IT customer service experience preferred, product knowledge of printers/scanners/copiers a plus, sales-oriented and self-motivated.
