Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Court Manager to oversee the daily operations at Amanah Mall’s food court. This role focuses on ensuring cleanliness, food safety compliance, and smooth vendor coordination, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage vendors and staff, uphold hygiene and safety standards, resolve customer issues, track sales, coordinate promotions, and perform regular inspections.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
This is a full-time position, and work will be conducted in person.
