Job Description
Amanah Mall seeks an Apartment Sales Manager to drive vertical apartment sales, build investor and broker relationships, manage a client portfolio, and close deals through presentations, tours, and skilled negotiation. You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with marketing on lead-generating campaigns, monitor market trends, and report results to management. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in real estate sales or portfolio management, deep knowledge of vertical apartment projects, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a track record of meeting sales targets, and a related bachelor’s degree preferred.
