Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Montessori Advanced Teacher to guide students at the advanced level using Montessori philosophy and practices. The teacher will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through a prepared environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori principles and methods in an advanced-level classroom
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori learning environment
- Guide students through individualized and small-group lessons
- Observe, assess, and document student progress regularly
- Foster independence, self-discipline, and responsibility in students
- Support the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Integrate cultural studies, mathematics, language, and practical life activities as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and professional development
Qualifications & Requirements
- Montessori certification at the Advanced / Upper Elementary level=
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
- Experience teaching in a Montessori advanced classroom
- Strong understanding of child development at the advanced level
- Commitment to Montessori philosophy and continuous professional growth

- Excellent observation and classroom management skills
- Ability to guide rather than direct student learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
