Job Description
AMS Digital Limited is seeking a dynamic and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu and possess excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication in Urdu
- Customer service-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a call center is a plus but not required
