Job Description
Analytica-data is seeking an HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR operations and administrative functions. This position involves assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, and handling various office tasks to ensure smooth business operations and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment support, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll data collection and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and support organizational events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
