About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell Handyman Service Packages / Memberships to Property Managers, Rental Property Owners, and Elderly Clients across selected territories in California, USA.
This role requires confidence in cold calling, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to book meetings and close deals with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls to prospective clients in assigned US territories
Send follow-up emails to interested leads
Schedule appointments and meetings for service discussions
Close deals for handyman packages/memberships
Conduct basic lead research using platforms like Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google, or provided lead lists
Maintain and update all activities in the CRM
Follow up consistently with warm leads and prospects
Meet or exceed daily call, appointment, and sales targets
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Experience selling services (home services, B2B, memberships, subscriptions) is a strong plus
Comfortable speaking with US-based clients (clear English)
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Reliable internet connection and calling setup
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience selling to property managers or real estate-related clients
Prior US market / PST shift experience
Knowledge of outbound sales tools and dialers
