Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for infrastructure and site development projects. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, reviewing drawings and specifications, sourcing subcontractor and material pricing, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project managers to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, strong knowledge of estimating software, excellent math and communication skills, and attention to detail. A degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management is preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced bidding environment is required.
