Job Description
Appcrates seeks an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to manage inbound/outbound B2B communications, resolve client queries, and build strong corporate relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, maintain accurate interaction records, provide product and order support, and identify solutions to meet client needs while upholding service-level standards. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–2 years CSR experience in B2B is ideal. Strong communication, negotiation, time-management, customer-focused problem-solving, and basic MS Office/CRM familiarity are required. Full-time, in-person role based at our office.
