Job Description
Appcrates is seeking an HR Executive (Construction) to implement and manage HR policies, oversee recruitment (screening, interviews, background checks), maintain employee records and HR databases, manage benefits and compensation, conduct performance evaluations, handle employee relations and separations, ensure labor law compliance, and prepare HR reports for management. Minimum: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years HR experience, knowledge of HR laws, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Full-time, in-person position.
