Job Description
Appcrates seeks an experienced AI Engineer, Voice to design, build, and integrate AI-powered voice agents using Twilio and Vapi. Responsibilities include building and optimizing conversational workflows and call routing; integrating Twilio Voice, Studio, and Programmable APIs; connecting agents to CRMs (GHL, HubSpot); managing call flows, scheduling, and real-time data updates; and troubleshooting call quality and automation. Requirements: strong experience with Vapi AI Voice Agent and AI voice assistants (GPT, VAPI, or similar); solid API, webhook, and backend development skills; and the ability to work independently to deliver fast, reliable solutions. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
