Job Description
Appcrates is hiring an Event Coordinator for fresh graduates. You will manage end-to-end event planning and execution, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and support on-site hospitality and operations. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and schedules using event management tools and MS Office. Communicate professionally with clients, work effectively under pressure, and collaborate closely with teammates to achieve project goals. Required: strong communication and coordination, foundational event management experience, basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and current AI trends, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, experience with event tools, and a positive, client-focused attitude.
