Job Description
Lead full-time, in-person outbound B2B/B2C calls to U.S. prospects selling Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent solutions. Confidently pitch services, identify client needs, present tailored packages, overcome objections, and close deals. Mentor junior reps, monitor calls, provide coaching, maintain CRM, call logs, and pipeline reports, and collaborate with management to refine scripts and outreach. Must have 3+ years international outbound calling experience, proven success selling Web Design/SEO/AI Agent solutions, excellent English with a neutral/American accent, strong closing and leadership skills, and willing to work nights.
