Job Description
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi – Pakistan
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
About the Role: Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our BPO team. The right candidate will excel in team management, process improvement, and maintaining strong client relations.
Key Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, managing daily operations, enhancing efficiency, building client relationships, and fostering a positive team culture.
Requirements: Proven experience in BPO Operations Management, strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work night shifts.
Pay: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
