Job Description
Apt Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations team in Angola. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in evaluating, grading, and valuing rough diamonds while ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and grade diamonds using advanced gemological tools.
- Estimate market values based on current pricing data.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with mining professionals for safe handling.
Requirements: Degree in Gemology or related field, 8+ years of experience, fluent in English/Portuguese, knowledge of the Kimberley Process.
Benefits: Monthly salary of USD 5-7k plus commission, accommodation, meals, and insurance coverage.
