Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage truck drivers’ schedules and routes.
- Schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide shipping details to customers.
- Review logs of truck drivers.
- Document all calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and deliveries.
- Complete paperwork related to shipments, including invoices.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
- Build and train the team as required in Sales, Tech Support, and General Inquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
